Collapsible Trap

Post by michaela »

Has anyone heard of or used a collapsible trap? Were you successful trapping a feral cat? I am still trying to catch the injured cat, he seems a little better, but he really needs to get neutered even if he does heal from the previous battle or it will happen again.

Thanks

I am not sure what you mean by collapsible trap. Have you asked the warden in your area if they have one you can borrow? Or the spca ? Maybe even the vet that youwill take him to might have one available to use for now.

Is he not going into it? Have you tried a bigger crate maybe?

If by collapsable trap you mean the have a heart traps that can be folded down when not in use, then yes, those work well for trapping cats. You'd need to check it regularly to ensure you don't trap other animals you obviously don't want to.
