Re: hi guys!!!!!!!!
oh yeah peaches is sooooo mad at me, she bites at me growls at me and wants NOTHING to do with me, i feel horrible! what should i do?? she has been my baby since i found her and now she feels like tiger and her babies are taking over her territory and i don't want her to hate me for it!! she runs from me when i get near her and i have quite a few scratches from her when normally she is moody but nothing like this! what do i do, i am so sad about it, but i know she is just going to have to get over it!

Re: hi guys!!!!!!!!
Like I said your kitty is going to be mad. Cats are territorial, and you are hers, she doesn't want to share you. From my own personal experiences, I would advised to let her ride it out. Don't completely ignore her but don't chase her around the house trying to force attention on her. Talk to her when she is around and if she comes close pet her head, things like that. She will get used to the other cat and kittens but she may never be exactly the same as she was before...My cat Precious loved the old days when it was just her and Princess and Sam (my other babies), and now she is still loving but knows that she doesn't rule the roost anymore and the others need attention too. She gets mad sometimes when I'm with another cat and gives me a look that could kill, which hurts me and she knows it does, and then just tears up the rug and goes to sleep. Just let Peaches get used to the fact that she's not the baby anymore and she'll come around.

Re: hi guys!!!!!!!!
ok so guys i am totally new at this cat/kitten thing so i need to know what might or might not be happening!! tiger (momma cat) is still out in our sunroom with kittens, last night i upgraded her rubbermaid box from a small one with the side cut out (for her to get in and out of) to a large one with the lid open, due to the fact the kittens are getting really alert and moving around a lot! so anyways, i had the door open from the house to the sunroom this afternoon and caught her out of the corner of my eye coming inside the house and she had a kitten in her mouth! she tried to take the kittens in and put them under my bed! when i took the kitten out of her mouth and took them back she started freaking out and meowing and trying to get them in her mouth to take them back out!! i have never seen anything like it in my life, so i switched her box back, and she still tried it! what could be going on??

something has happened to make her feel that the place she has them is no longer a "safe place" and she desperately wants to move them elsewhere...
Make sure everything is like it was before, and if she is used to you, sit with her and reassure her that things are okay...
Have you had her and the kittens in to the vet yet for a checkup?...
