my cat zoe

we recently had my cat zoe spadied (spelling) and that was on friday today is sunday when will she start acting normal again she's only a year old thanks

What do you mean by normal? If you mean she is still sore from surgery and not wanting to play and be too active, this is normal, and you should prevent her from too much activity anyway until her incision is healed. If your vet didn't use absolvable sutures, you need to get them removed within 7-10 days, I'm assuming he's told you this and has scheduled an appointment for suture removal?

If you feel your kitty is sluggish, anorexic or lethargic in any way, or that her incision area is swollen, red, oozing pus or blood, and is hot to the touch, don't delay another minute, get her seen by an ER vet immediately. Sometimes kitties have reactions to sutures and the incision site can get infected. If you note any of the above, get her to your vet immediately.
