seizures
Re: seizures
Please get your kitty to an ER vet ASAP
Only your vet can determine if this is true seizure activity, get to the underlying cause and treat effectively. If this has occured more than once, you can't risk waiting around, get kitty to nearest ER vet immediately.
You mentioned pawing at the mouth as well, so it's paramount you also rule out choking or foreign embedded object in the mouth, esophagus, etc.

Yes they do have seizures but you must determine why. this could be from poisoning to neurological problems or a foreign object.
Please get your cat to a vet ASAP.
