i do, but mine are mostly indoors. they have a kitty door that allows them on a screened in porch. they are safe from other animals, but fleas manage to get in.

monitor your kitty for scratching and possible flea marks on skin, you may not need it.

fleas have been known to follow people in.

might also want to try using a flea comb.....dip it in water...brush...hit it on a white paper....if its red, the cat has fleas.

the red stuff is from the fleas waste.

I too put Advantage on my indoor cats...but they are like jason's, the have access to a screen porch. Not only do I want to protect them from fleas but from tapeworms as well.

by means of annoying a human relentlessly until she or he opens the door for them to go out there, or come in, which ever the case may be :D

yea...we've thought about those but with having to keep Willow and Gizmo seperated all the time(unless we are around), a door so that all of them can go out at will defeats the purpose. We use to porch as a means to seperate them and keep them happy, that way no one is confined to a room without a view :D
