The signs & symptoms are consistent with FIP but they can't rule out bacterial Cholangiohepatitis. I probably spelled that very wrong. A dye test is probably going to be done to see if it really was FIP or not. Now I'm really worried about Gabriel. Maybe we'll get lucky though. Also, 2 of my little Abilene kittens have died. Geoff & I drove 2 1/2 hours each way to get out to Abilene and rescue 4 4week-old orphaned kittens. 2 have died so far and the other two are in some bad shape. And I also pulled a dilute tortie about 3-4 weeks old out of the pound and she doesn't look so hot either. This whole situation is just awful. I hate kitten season, and irresponsible owners,.....ugh.
