My 4-month old kitty has recently developed a floppy, saggy belly. Is this normal? It's far back, like almost between his hind legs and it gives him sort of a flabby look, though the rest of him is very skinny. Is that normal shape for a cat--seems like other cats I see don't have such floppy tummies. It is very soft.
He eats pretty well--only dry Eukanuba kitten food.
Thanks for any comments.

Kitten's beer gut
Re: Kitten's beer gut
Can't discern merely based on your post...when in doubt please see your vet promptly. Has he been neutered recently?

No, he hasn't been neutered yet. He acts healthy--very energetic. Just has a floppy gut.
Re: Kitten's beer gut
If it is just floppy skin, not bloated belly, it sounds like he is okay. I usually associate that with an older cat though.
When I was growing up, my old Siamese, Thomas, had it. When I asked for my first bra my Mom said, "If I get you one, I have to get Tom one!" It was quite embarrassing for me.
Perhaps the cat needs a bra! Just kidding.
