Trying So Hard To Catch The Kitten!

Post by Squrrrl »

Okay so one of the dumpster kittens keeps coming and watching me.. he stays about 10 feet away but I think he wants to see who I am.

Any hints? I want to help the little guy!

The only thing I know to do is to set humane trap with fishy food inside. That is what I did to catch a little kitten last year. Of course she was tame, and they are all not like this.

Mona is right, a humane trap, such as the "Have A Heart" trap and some enticing food should allow you to easily capture the kitten. If you don't have a trap you may be able to borrow one from a local shelter, cat rescue organization, or Humane Society.

What are your intentions in regarding what you want to do to help the kitty? Do you simply want to make sure he is fed, or take him into your home or perhaps find a good home for him?

It's a very mean world out there for homeless kitties, bless you for wanting to help!!

I want to take him into my home possibly but most likely get him ready for a new home.

I wanna see what it is like having two before i say that I actually want two..

In one of the states we lived in (I think it was California) the SPCA had a humane trap that they loaned out for things like that. Call and ask.
