Thanks to all. I have been reading where you have all have your trials with your animals too. My heart is with you. I know the pain you are going though. I am so glad there are people who understand how hard this is. I have only had Zoey a year after adopting her from my niece but I couldn't love her more. For whatever reason God sent her to me, I will do my best to help her in any way. For the long time posters, you may remember my Noodles, whom I lost in '99 from the same insidious disease. I hate cancer so much!

Thank you, Cleo. I guess I know the outcome of this one. We will do our best to keep Zoey comfortable and love her. Pumpkin will miss her, I'm sure. They have become buddies in the year she's been here. I sure didn't see this coming.

Oh my God. I am not handling this too well. I hold Zoey and look into her eyes and have to leave the room to cry. If we found it earlier she might have a chance. I failed her,

Peg, you did not fail her. She hid her symptoms from you (all our furkids are experts at that). You did not know because she didn't want you to know. Please don't blame yourself.
