Sure, but what a lovely whisker it is! And, nice pearly whites too! My heart is going pitter-patter, he is such a sweet gorgeous boy

She looks so sweet in that picture I just want to pick her up and give her a hug (and since she doesn't know me, I'm sure my affection would be met with a hiss and scratching, but it's a nice thought anyway).

karen...that's Doc. He doesn't hiss too much...in fact I don't think I have ever heard him hiss, although the tech at the oncology clinic the other day said he did. He's not fond of being picked up though.

He's been getting a little extra attention these past few days. He deserves it. These are more like it. You can see that he does feel like playing, just not as often. And he hasn't played chase with Chunk once in the last few days. Maybe they have settled their alpha cat contest? I doubt it. Only time will tell.

I took this one last night. I love the look on his face!

He is sweet. I so wish you could meet him. You'd love him.

Right now I'm really missing his spunk and enthusiasm. He normally follows me everywhere, so I always here the patter of his feet behind me. I can't say I miss the scuffles between him and Chunk, but I do miss his energy. I hope he's feeling better soon - I don't want to drag him to the vet again.

In the mean time...I did some "cat eye" photos for a daily photo challenge I am doing. One day the subject was "eyes" and of course I chose to do the cats. I usually choose one photo and publish it for the day's challenge, but these were all really good too! I got more of Lucy than Chunk. He wouldn't stay still. Ditto for Doc

Lucy...

Ignore the eye crusty...I always forget to check before a snap!

Chunk:
Love this one...it was my second choice.

I chose this one as my representative image just because it was different. I think her eyes almost look like wolf eyes. Obviously this was a "not holding still" shot.

And...just because. Remember this guy?

Even with just one whisker and all he's been through he really looks spectacular, doesn't he?

Neaner, neaner, I see a couple baby whiskers coming in! (or were those there and didn't fall out?)

Love ALL the pics, how gorgeous! And such a transformation with Doc, he's a new boy!

I think it may be a bit of both. I'm pretty sure he has some new growth coming in. I keep waiting for that one whisker to fall out.

I just love the color of their eyes.
