Yes, the camera wasn't near me and I had Lucy on my lap so I couldn't go fetch it. That's how it always goes!

I now I have a sneezing Chunk...grrrr....

He is very, very happy that he no longer has the tube in! He is loving having his neck scratched. My vet was extremely pleased with his progress, his energy, his physical appearance. He's gained weight too! My vet said that he attributes him doing so well to the wonderful care his mommy gave him. I never thought I'd go this far for a stray kitty...it has taken its toll on me (and my bank account) for sure but it is worth it to see how well Doc is doing.

I'm so happy that tube is out, I'll bet Doc is just loving the freedom now!!

Well of course he has a wonderful mommy taking care of him, and of course, he is one special little trooper!

Give him tons of hugs for us, Tina, he so deserves lots of loving!

Oh, he's getting lots of hugs and love and scratches behind the ears! He's still being the occasional butthead with Chunk and Lucy but that seems to be diminishing the more he gets out and spends time with them. I usually give them all a rousing play session early evening (not too late) so they will stay settled during the night. They love it! Poor Lucy has to sometimes sit on the side lines and get her play session separately since those big boys pay no attention to where they are jumping and running! I wish I could get them on video.

I checked Doc's tube site this morning and it looks great. Just a tiny spot about the size of a pencil eraser.

Have you tried catnip for Doc, since surgery? Maybe a small amount for everyone to see how they react in the same space together. Otherwise, it sounds like everything is going smoothly, better than expected even!

Yes I have done catnip. Doc goes nuts, Lucy is kind of lukewarm about it, and Chunk has no interest. Overall he isn't being too bad, just wants to jump a play a bit more than what Lucy is interested in. Just a firm NO! from me and he backs off. I've seen no real aggression thus far at least.
