Hey! How's our boy doing? Haven't read an update in a while and am missing them.

Yeah, are you home yet, Tina? Inquiring minds want to know.

Sorry...I have been out of town on a family emergency. Tim says Doc is doung great. Headed home today and will check in tomorrow.

Sorry about the emergency Tina. Safe travels home. Tell Tim thanks for the update on Doc and thanks soooo much for taking such good care of the critters when you're gone.

I seriously do not need any more emergencies or stress! Anyway, all is well. Doc is doing great, looking healthy, eating well, playing like you wouldn't believe, picking on Chunk when we let him out of the room. We still aren't letting him out all the time, only for short periods, and only when my mom has gone to bed (she's still not taking to him being in the house well).

Anyway, he goes back to have his tube removed on Monday and once that is gone I will feel more comfy with him tussling with Chunk and Lucy.

We are working out the hierarchy here and it is quite entertaining! Doc is doing to Chunk exactly what Chunk does to Lucy but the only difference is when Chunk hisses Doc usually backs off. I keep telling Chunk he is just getting what he he has been dishing out so don't cme crying to me! Lucy just sits on the sidelines (my lap) and watches...ha ha. We have still had no major altercations though. Lucy went to Doc earlier and tried to get him to groom her. He just looked at me as if to say "she wants me to do what?!"

OMG, the grooming thing, hilarious! I suspect Lucy is finding comradeship in Doc!

It really sounds like things are working out between them. Sure, there will be some spats, as the normal process of introductions and heirarchy, but overall it sounds like they are all doing pretty well!

Chunk and Doc are sleeping on the couch right now....opposite ends...occaisionally opening one eye and peeking at the other warily. Hee hee.
