I am glad Gwen came through the surgery OK. I hope the pathology report comes back with good news too! Thinking of you and Gwen Cleo.

Thank you. She's doing okay, taking it slow and sticking close to my side. Here's a picture of her stitches and then another after the pain meds kicked in.

She's feeling good! Doesn't appear to be in pain, took a few leaps on and off the counter (before I could block her not to). Her incision site is badly bruised but is not swollen or hot. She's eating well and she did sleep soundly on and off today. Even though the stitches are dissolvable, the vet wants us back 10 to 14 days to pull them. Still on pins and needles until Tuesday.

The bruising should be calming down, hopefully in next two days it will start to disappear, sometimes it just depends on how the tissue was manipulated and given this type of surgery, it would be expected to have a deep bruise.

Glad to hear she's eating and sleeping, that's good!

aaahhh....I did play castleville until I got bogged down with too many quests to complete...that is one I did like...I may pick it up again...but with working full time now, not as much time for gaming...and I pay to play WoW and that is my major gaming fix every evening...LOL

Glad to hear she is well enough to jump...even though she is not supposed to!!
