Izzy is a litter flinger, too. I've got a good high-sided litter box already. No worries there.

She also likes to stand in the corner with her front paws on one side and push her butt right up against the litterbox wall so you can hear her pee all over the side of the box. If the walls aren't high enough, she'll pee on the actual wall the litterbox is against. She also likes to watch herself poo... weirdo...

She's also a dig to China type. Look, cat, you've had the same litterbox for years. You've never gotten any farther than the blue plastic before. What do you really expect to find down there?

I did the same as Tambrey with the high and deep storage bins only I didn't use a hot knife to cut the opening. I had a friend with an air compressor and a disc for cutting plastic cut out the openings. Be careful burning plastic, the fumes are toxic.

Any updates Vickie?

Doc is still doing fine, playing, eating, getting lots of love. I have discovered that with he sometimes goes kind of berserk with catnip, other times he mellows. He tried to take me out the other day, though not on purpose. He had played so rambunciously that he spilled his water and I didn't notice where it had ran on the floor and puddled...that is until I stepped in it and took a splat on my behind. You should have seen the look Doc gave me - "whatcha doing down here?"

He still hasn't figured out that he can't roll over without falling off when he is on the back of the sofa

Ok...I finally managed to get some photos of Doc that weren't taken with my phone. He's a tough one, he doesn't like to sit still and always wants to sniff the camera lens!

I'm so in love. I cannot wait to cuddle him.

Soon, Tina. Very soon. Paycheck on Wednesday should be enough for a security deposit.

I love his belly too! I never noticed the feather pattern, that is pretty cool. He's not one to let you give his belly a whole lot of attention but her sure likes having his head scratched. I love his eyes - the color is stunning. And the touches of golden color in his fur.

About the only sign he has of being roughed up outdoors is the few nicks on the edge of his ears. Otherwise all of his battle wounds have healed up!

I too was taken by his eyes - he has definitely cleaned up well. It's so good to see a success story!!!!
