Christy, have you spoken to your vet in NYC about these results? They are still really out of range (very high), and should be starting to level towards normal by now. Please talk to your NYC vet about these lab numbers.

Is Benny drinking and eating normally? Is he dehydrated? Is he urinating normally? Has he lost or gained weight, and if so, has it been significant?

i just got them yesterday and sent them to him today
yes he is eating and drinking normally
urinating normal and not dehydrated at all
pink wet gums and skin snaps back
he is gaining weight and eating alot actually.
i am super shocked about the tbilirubin
he has been out running and playing
and nothing on him is the least bit yellow
when we left nyc his liver was 276 on alt
but bili was 1.6
i dont know if mexico tests are different but either way i am super concerned

They very well could be different, so please ask your NYC vet if they seem accurate, and are very specific to felines - be sure to ask him to compare these results with those last done when Benny was in NYC.

Does your NYC vet ever confer with the vet in Mexico? If possible, this would be a good opportunity to make sure the Mexico vet is using specific feline chemical/enzyme tests and reference ranges.

The presence of leukocytes doesn't necessarily mean cancer, it could be response to infection or inflammation (in this case, perhaps a chronic inflammation - which might be typical for cholangiohepatits). The type, longevity, numbers of, and how rapid they develop or cease would help determine if this is a response to infection and/or inflammation.

For the most part, they look better - but did you run this by your NYC vet? What are his comments?

Can you ask his opinion about a short-course of amoxicillin, in the event Benny has an infection (the inflammation could be an effect to infection)
