Thanks for the thoughts....

I could not do it...yet....after talking with Traci more I am pureeing her food finer and adding a bit more water to it...

Gypsy still has a strong will and fight in her...so I will let her continue until she lets me know the time is really now....even though I keep telling her it is okay.

Safe journey Gypsy....

Gypsy died in her sleep about an hour ago. I had fed her, and left her sleeping and went to check on her....she was gone...she looked peaceful and I know she did not suffer....and she made the choice herself

When I left her after feeding her, I held her and told her it was okay to go...that Tigger and Bud and Tripod and Majik and all the others were standing on the other side of the bridge waiting for her...

Tigger especially will be happy to see her...he chose her for his own when she was a kitten and they have not seen each other now for about 9 years.

Safe Journey Gypsy...run free and play like a kitten once again!!

I'm glad Gypsy got to go peacefully at home where she was surrounded by the things and people that she knew and loved. I'm so sorry you had to say goodbye, though. It's been a rough month for you. *hugs*

Tambrey, you know I wanted the best for Gypsy and was hoping that it was only something mild that would correct itself (at least her appetite). I'm so sorry, I know this is so hard.

I hope you are comforted by having had her home with you, in your arms, calm and peaceful. It doesn't always happen that way, and I am grateful little Gypsy felt peaceful.
