Anyone else have this issue? Cat obsessed with computer

I'm serious! Lucy is obsessed with my laptop. She will lick around the edges of the screen, rub on the corners and sometimes even try to bite it! I try to distract her but she is determined. Willow use to like rubbing on the corners but rubbing is as far as it when. The other morning I had to close it up and put it away because Lucy was so obsessed. Anyone else have an obsessed cat? Is it the plastic or what?

Chunk has taken to chewing on the corners of furniture... ...not sure what that's about either. They are both getting plenty of stimulation, lots of toys, I play with them every day, lots of petting, lap time, conversations, windows, various levels to hang out at... my cats have never lacked for anything...LOL

My new kitten is like this! She LOVES to lay on the keyboard with her head hanging over the hot exhaust fan on the side. And of course she never is interested in laying on it unless I am using it!

Lucy walks across mine, but fortunately never lies on it. She still does the licking, rubbing on the edges, however she seems to have calmed a bit on that. Maybe she was just claiming it for her own?
