knows that a dog in a closed car can die very fast..had a cop notified about a car I saw today and he got the owners who were just shopping..but they were shopping for their dog, if the situation was not rectified there would be no dog to shop for.....

dog survived, owners got a dressing down from the cop

Sure do! I was shopping locally Saturday and heard a little dog yapping, yelping, barking .. found the car .. called the cops .. waited for the cop to come and I have to say, he came quick enough for my standards. Pointed out the car and then waited in mine to make sure he was going to follow through. He went into the store and I'm assuming had the person called over the loud speaker. She came out but I didn't stick around to see the outcome. Temps here were in the high 80's and as we know, that's well over 100 in a parked car with windows barely cracked.

I have to say I was supposed to go work and kept procrastinating. I'm sure glad I did!!

It never ceases to amaze me how dumb people can be. Of course, every single one of them has been in a hot car more than once in their lives, you'd think they'd have the sense to keep their poor pets at home.

DUMB DUMB DUMB and I have absolutely NO sympathy for these people.

Thank goodness the dog survived.
