The safest thing would be to get your cat to the vet but to answer your question, no - no human products should be used on cats/pets.

For what purpose?? Neosporin (the mild type) can be used for minor cuts and scrapes, but ideally, veterinary products are gentler on kitty's skin and serve the purpose. Benedryl should only be used on the strict advice of your vet, generally only for bee stings, wasps, other insect bites that cause an allergic reaction, it is rarely used in cats, and must be dosed on weight and for a specific purpose.

NEVER use any human products on your cats, ever. You need to discuss this with your vet, he is the only one who can advise/direct you as per the condition or problem.
