The vet here does have onsite testing to do basic bloodwork, etc now, whereas it used to have to be sent away and wait a few days for results... and he is making this more of a standard practice now that he has this available so in answer to your question, yes.

Before, it was not an option to us and we took our chances, so it is nice that the new one that has taken over the facility, even though he has worked here for a number of years has done so many upgrades within the last year!
