Rescues
Re: Rescues
I saw that one and a similar one, one with a tiny orange tabby stuck in a drain pipe. The ACO girl used a long rag with tuna juice on it to thread down the pipe, kitten latched on and they dragged him up, his claws sunk in the rag all the way. It was a miracle this method worked!
I can't watch animal cops very often, but stories like these just melt your heart especially when they have good endings!

The one he watched, they ende dup using a vacuum and sucking it out that way...
I saw a similar one from Britain...the mother cat got under the sink and had her kittens...one newborn fell through a small hole near the drianpipe and the owner used a saw to try to get to it...but once it curved down, her elbow would not go and she could not reach it...she ended up calling the Fire Brigade and they came and used a regular vacuum with a sock attached to the end and sucked the baby out...it had been down there almost 6 hours and they showed it on the story doing fine with its mamma
Stories like this do melt my heart...
