it's never off track when the discussion helps others understand another culture.
I'd have to say that it's very sad... I wonder why the Vets haven't put their heads together and started a practice with eachother or maybe two people per practice. Do they understand that if they actually use eachother to learn they will learn faster and bring in more business?
I am quite sure you have thought of these things before. And I am sure the dr's wont do it since they might feel it's money out of their pockets but in the end it wont be. At least I dont think it would be.
Yes you are right, no one should judge them. They are very limited in what they have and what they can do but that doesn't mean that they shouldn't have good manners and care to the animals and people.
Tiny baby steps I guess... Get what you can and hope for the best, is all we can ask for. You did your part and are coninueing to do so and that puts a smile on my face.
That pup looks all German Shepherd HE IS SO CUTE!!!! Again I might be a little bias though lol.
