I made it back to the states on Monday afternoon and back to my home yesterday evening. Needless to say Willow as very happy to see her mommy. At first she seemed like she was going to snub me for Tim, but after a while she chose mommy's lap and Tim just joked that his was only good for when mommy was gone. She's been by my side all day today snuggling with me and keeping me warm. She slept on top of me last night, as usual when I return from any sort of trip, as if to say "you aren't going anywhere"....It is comforting to know that she did well while I was gone
It was sad to come back to no Gizmo though
Tim showed me the paw print the vets office made for us and I just bawled my eyes out. I can't believe I didn't get to see my big boy before he made that journey.....my dad still misses him too.
It was tempting to bring a cat back with me from Turkiye. This little guy was so sweet and so cuddly!!
