I went to clean Dolly's litter box and there was a small normal pooh outside her box, I didn't think much of it thought she probably scratched it out, then when I got it cleaned up I put it back, she went to it straight away, I was cleaning the bedroom and it seemed something scared her, she jumped out of the box hit the floor dragging her bottom like you see dogs do sometimes, then ran a few steps and did it again then ran out of room came running back and lost a pooh in the floor. I reached to clean it up and calmly asking her if she was ok and she acted like she thought I was going to beat her. She has never been beaten and never will be. That was a good 20 minutes ago and she has just begun to calm down.
She is one of the cleanest cats you would ever see, was she embarrassed maybe? I know it sounds weird but that is how she acted. She has never done this before, no changes in her litter box, and the pooh was normal. Is this just one of those things, or something that comes with age, or something to be concerned about?
Very odd
Re: Very odd
Probably agitated she couldn't get it off her fur. Happens all the time, just watch her in the next week or so and see how she reacts in the litterbox overall.
