Oh man... he looked SO sick and in pain in those first pics. Now his fur is shiny and his eyes are bright and he looks so much better! You've done a good thing, Tambrey. *HUGS*

This is such a great tale. (Tail, ha, ha) I love these pics! Esp the one of your hubby with Tripod. Tripod is so lucky to be a part of your family and I am glad for him.

The eyes say it all!

He looks like a very sweet kitty. He is very lucky to have you!

And to think we considered NOT keeping him after he was healed because he WAS soooooo WILD when we brought him inside that first time.....it was an all out 40 minute bloody battle to get him into the bathroom.....I know he was hurting, scared and all...

But almost as soon as the leg was removed and the antibiotics went to work, he was a completely different cat!!

He was just a sick little boy in a lot of pain with no love and no sense of safety. Of course he's a different cat under your care. He's HAPPY. And healthy. And safe. He never knew that before.

no, he never did, and I am glad that we chose to wait and see with him...

Now to see him run and play with the other cats....a twinkle in his eye and twitch of his tail....he is having FUN and learning to PLAY and not just surviving painfully....

Just some December pics to show how well he has filled out adn his change of colouring....

Now I need to be careful not to let him fill out TOO much...but he IS running and playing more, so that helps....lastnight he was evening pawing at Ghost under the computer chair here.....poor Ghost was AFRAID of Tripod
