Well, to update... I'm clearly no vet, but I can no longer feel anything obviously strange about her tummy at all. No lumpies or bumpies.
I guess that answers my concern. Haha.
She's also almost ridiculously energetic, so I think she's doing very nicely. :D
How long until I worry about constipation?
Re: How long until I worry about constipation?
Well, it's way past her post-spay, so I am going to assume it was just a spay-hernia, which is most often, not a worrisome thing. However, just doublecheck for the next few weeks, gently feel around her lower abdomen, and if you feel anything unusual at all, don't hesitate to get her seen right away. It's unusual you never noticed it before, a spay-hernia usually is evident right after a spay procedure, then for up to 4 or so weeks after, then it recedes and is then usually never noticeable again.
Thanks so much for the update! So, you have three cats now? Or? More pictures?

Re: How long until I worry about constipation?
The reason I've never noticed such a thing before is because I've never owned a female cat before. Hahaha.
Well, I had some when I was a minor, but they weren't really mine... And I didn't notice ANYTHING when I was just a kid. :P
And yeah, 3 cats now. Two silly boys and a very very silly girl who follows me around all day.
She fell on me when I was in the bathtub today. I warned her it was wet. LOL
Don't have any more pictures uploaded yet, but I'll make sure to let you see some more when I do. Haha.
