We have one for Willow and need to get one for Gizmo...Willow loves it and I've never had any problem with her messing with the water. I do hate to clean it though and it needs to be cleaned often.

We got one today....with the PetSmart card it was $65.99...we also got the cleaning brush set and the grass holder to clip on the side...suckers!!!!

Munkie stood there swatting at the running water
Roo swatted the running water
Gump sat on the desk ledge just above the fountain and swatted those trying to drink from it
Callie went right to it and started drinking from the running water part
Munkie swatted Callie on the head
Cuddles went right up and started to drink
Majik drank from it, then went to Sammie's water dish and played
Gypsy had no trouble drinking from it
3 cats are still not sure....Sarah, Sissy and Gump...
Sammie runs away from it....

***editing to note that Gump is curiously drinking and investigating!!..and he is NOT swatting at the water or pawing the dish all over the place!!

I hope you got that on video Tambrey! Sounds like it was quite a scene.

Definitely Money well spent....THANK YOU CLEO!!

We have had it for a few days now...no one is playing....I noticed Roo sitting watching the water rippling...

no water spilled across the kitchen floor...even though we have it plugged in in the dining room, since no plugs were nearby in the kitchen..and besides, Sammie has learned to drink from it as well...

We fill it once a day...so 10 cats and a little dog are going through 168 ounces of water a day...plus maybe some evaporation...

We are just waiting for the grass to grow...hahaha

Well....we will see....the water was low so it was not tricking as much....I am wondering if that is why they played, because they could not see "ripples" in the water in the actual dish....

The wheatgrass is growing and they are enjoying that too :)

I hope this was a one time incident, because elsewise, they have been really good and it IS alot easier to fill it once a day rather than dishes 2-3 times a day....and Sammie can drink from it too..

We haven't had any problems or water games *keeping fingers crossed* Like Tambrey said, I'm loving filling it up once a day instead of 2-3 times a day with the bowls. I have noticed that instead of the once a week cleaning, I'm doing it twice a week now but still, no big deal. It's quick and easy.

no more water sports, so I think it was just low and not splashing....

however...Callie...Miss-Smartie-Pants-Who-Figures-Everything-Out decided that the flowing water from the "spigot" was not enough this evening, so she pawed and nosed until she LIFTED THE TOP OFF to drink from the water there

Right now, for whatever reason, the water hitting off of the ramp is making bubbles to skim across the water, and she is busy trying to figure them out....hahaha
