Not to give to him, but I found some old pills for Baxter in a small baggie and I have no idea what they are. I will more then likely end up throwing them away, but I want to see what they are incase it is something I should keep.
They are Yellow/White capsules and they look like this..
| PS | CLIN |
| C1 | 25MG |
I know it doesnt look like much of a pill but that is basically what it resembles.. The left half of the pill with the PS C1 is yellow and the right half is white.. I have a feeling they are from when he had a upper respritory infection when I first got him from the shelter but I'm not sure.
Any ideas? Traci?
Need help identifying some pills I found for Baxter..
Re: Need help identifying some pills I found for Baxter..
Throw them away. Why aren't they in the original container? One should ALWAYS keep drugs in the original container your vet gives you, and then always discard left over medication. Not only will they expire, but they will lose effectiveness, or some drugs when exposed to light will break down and lose effectiveness. Also, when left in original containers, the human won't mistake them for anything. Lastly, just because a medication was prescribed once, doesn't mean owners can use them again for the same thing or any other condition. To do so could cause reaction, problems etc.
Throw them away and never use outdated or left-over drugs, particularly when there is no label to accompany them.

They have already been tossed.. I was just kinda curious to what they were because they were in a baggie. Why? I have no idea why they are in there or where they came from..
