New dog!!!!!!

My husband finally agreed to let us adopt another dog. We drove five and a half hours and adopted a 1.5 year old Akita mix. At least that's what they think he is. They are a rescue that takes in strays or animals from the pound. He's white with black markings and gets along well with my girls. It was a little heartbreaking going to the rescue and seeing all those dogs wanting out of their kennels so badly. The kennels were outside with dog houses as they don't have the facilities for indoor kennels. They had just rec'd 27 puppies! It was heartbreaking to know I couldn't take more of them home.

We are working on his name, they named him Spartan and we aren't sure if we are keeping it. I am working on the pictures.
