Thanks Traci....I will see what I can do to get them in next week...starting with the ones you suggested...
Cuddles is doing okay and the lumps have gone away...no discharge...no lumps...
We are going to just keep regular scheduled checkups on her and see if maybe she was not spayed and when she goes into heat (even though she never presents)...she could be having problems...if it happens again when she should be in heat again...we will schedule surgery...but since there are no palpable lumps like there were, I do not want to do surgery right now...

Re: Bud Has Crossed The Bridge :(
Did he ever rule out lymphatic problems? And, I guess the million-dollar question is, isn't he concerned about the fact he doesn't know if she's spayed? I'd think he'd want to xray/ultrasound immediately after having found those lumps in the first place, to rule out lymphatic problems, neoplasia, associations with intact reproductive organs. Insert my "I don't want to scare you", but maybe your vet should be concerned about that.
I've had several females that never showed signs of heat before spaying, and I think this is more common that reported. If it were me, I'd want to find out immediately if she has been spayed or not.

Dear Tambrey,
My computer crashed a few weeks ago (had to buy a new one) so I just read these posts about Bud...I am so sorry to hear about his passing. He was very fortunate to have you and your family. I hope all works out.
