board would not load correctly

I can't get into the cat help board at all.

must of been a odd issue that went away. the entire board is located in one place, containing the all individual forums (including the one you posted to). if one works, they all work.

if you ever notice and actual error messge, please send it along and i will check into it.

I just got in....first time in about two weeks. Don't know what it was, but I am all set now! Thanks for the responses.

Corinne, can you please tell us if you were getting error messages or what was happening when you couldn't get access. We need to know in the event the problem arises again. This is the first to our knowledge any type of a problem has occured like you mention. As Jason said, all the forums are working properly, it would be totally unusual for one not to be.

The board wouldn't load. Internet Explorer kept working, but the board didn't come up. I got to every other board I tried quickly. The initial page of your site wasn't right either. On the first page, Cat Help hadn't had a new message since June 14. That's why I thought the whole board was broken. When it started working, that page seemed to update too. Hope this helps.....and hope I described it properly.

two weeks, sounds like a local caching issue on your end....something odd about your browser settings. if it happens again, do the following:

from within internet explorer

• click on Tools...Internet Options
• delete cookies
• delete files (including offline content)
• close internet explorer completely
• startup internet explorer
• load the board again

if you have the problem again, follow those instructions and then still have problems....then i just might panic . just kidding, let me know though.
