That's a fair amount of chocalate for a young dog - I think you should have your vet check your pup, ASAP. Some dogs don't seem to be as sensitive to chocalate poisoning as other dogs but to be safe, you should seek the help of your vet.

Here's a link to Hershey's page on Theobromine( the toxic component in chocolate) with some guidelines about toxic levels in dogs.

Since you posted this early a.m. hopefully you've been to your vet by now, but if not, I would suggest you do so ASAP, best to play it safe.

While the amount you posted was not that much, in a young puppy, you have to be careful:

White chocolate contains almost negligible amounts of theobromine.
Milk chocolate contains ~44 mg/oz. of theobromine.
Semisweet chocolate contains ~150mg/oz. theobromine
Baker's (unsweetened baking)chocolate ~390mg/oz. theobromine
(~ = estimated)

So at 100 mg/kg (dog's weight), toxic estimates would be:
1 ounce per 1 pound of body weight for Milk chocolate
1 ounce per 3 pounds of body weight for Semisweet chocolate
1 ounce per 9 pounds of body weight for Baker's chocolate.

Immediate signs of toxicity include nervousness, exciteability, vomiting, diarrhea, or lethargy depending on the amount ingested. Heart rate increases with higher amounts.
