Good, because that's completely unacceptable. If a tech did that to my pet, I'd probably start swinging. That would be like a pediatrician dragging a kid by the ear, and there would be freakin' lawsuits. You just don't DO that.

Being a mother and former tech myself, I would have to say that I would have lost it.! I'd a grabbed that person by the ear myself and duckwalked her butt to the Vet and said to fire her. But that is just me and my bad attitude! lol :twisted:
Almost 7 years in remission from Graves disease and no meds!
