If I am reading your post correctly, it was a month ago that your vet started treating the neck lesion. If it hasn't healed and still bleeds, your vet needs to re-evaluate Trouble, and it's time for a new urinalysis anyway.

Call her back and tell her you are concerned and want an appointment NOW. It shouldn't take a month for a lesion to heal, and since it doesn't appear to be healing, your vet needs to take this more seriously. You need to know WHAT this lesion is and WHY it isn't healing. A biopsy may not be necessary, your vet could start with a skin scrape and/or culture before doing an invasive procedure like a biopsy. Be prepared that a biopsy MAY be necessary if a skin scrape and culture don't reveal anything, but the point here is this: NO lesion should go unidentified, and if it hasn't healed with treatment in a few weeks time, then you know additional testing is necessary in order to treat it most effectively.

I went to pick up med yesterday which it ointment and i forgot to pick up med weeks ago and i thought she put it on while i was waiting and it turn out i was suppose to put it on everyday and i didnt get their phone call until i got back from vacation and i call them back and they ask if i still want med for trouble and i said yes and i can pick it up...

I really hope that it nothing i just dont want it to be like cancer or anything like that

Are you saying Trouble never received her medication ointment for the neck lesion? If so, get her back to your vet NOW, your vet needs to re-evaluate it, since it hasn't been treated in all this time.

her neck is healing it not bleeding anymore just still little red but it is healing but i am more concern about baby. I talk to vet from last week and they told me they want to wait to see how trouble neck is healing and that it was nothing to worried about.
