Hello all; apologies and bad/sad Mr. Blue update

Firat, my apologies for not being here for so long. This d*** MS mkes it hard to use the keyboard. Npw on to Mr. Blue. We gpt bad news last week from an ultrasoumnd and a visit to a specialist: our sweet blue-eyed boy has adrena gand carconoma with only 2-3 months left. l am hea4rtbroken: he's only 9 years old!

Oh Mary, I'm so sorry for you...I know how much Mr. Blue means to you and how much happiness he has given you. We lost Winnie in December, and I am still broken hearted. I know you will love him as much as possible for the time you have left. Hugs to you all...

Thanks Marty! I was thinking the other day that Mr. Blue stole my heart when we first met, but then I realized he didn't steal it; I gave it to him forever. I also know there's another hound dog out there for me sometime in the future, but in the meantime I'm going to love on asnd spoil Mr. Blue like crazy

I feel as bad as any one having you to face this problem and mythoughts are with and for you...But I have to speak like a veterinarian..You don not treat pet dogs like you do humans..Pet dogs should not be maintained when the become really uncomforatble.. You do not let them suffer through their last times like you have to do with human..People uyou can or must let them suffer in comas, pain and agonies...I know this is rather brrutal and I have no finese when I discuss it but have to be that way because pets are exactly what they are called..Pets, and should be treated with all the compassion that pets deserve...I have several articles that I used to give to clients that I will be glad to post if you want them or will post them when or if you need them...

I am truly sorry for what you are going through and become more sorry when people let their pets linger on and on...I don;t think or I know from your past posts that you will not let this happen..Just give Mr. Blue all the attention possible and then cross that other bridge when the time comes.
