My princess of pinki-ness

Post by DeVon »

Some of you may remember that my pittie mix Skittle is a very spooky girl, especially when it comes to strangers. Recently, I had two visitors (mom and daughter) come to visit the zoo crew, especially to see Miss Skittle. You see, they decided to form a fruitbat fan club!

Just look at what they showed up wearing!

Miss Skittle was SO much better than I anticipated. She was willing to let them pet her, providing I was on the same sofa with whomever was paying attention to her, and the delicious treats they offered helped too!

Here is Miss Skittle (sporting her very best pink pearls, of course), with the daughter Beth :)

And last, but certainly not least, Miss Raven, my almost 14 year old lab mix with CHF and on meds, getting loving from Beth :)

OMG, did you catch the look on Skittle's face? It looks like she's saying "I am so above this:  We used to call that Mick's "Trailer Trash" look. Great pictures DeVon!
