WOW, you all sound like you have wonderful families. Since posting pictures of mine could take forever, I will post one kitty at a time. (then you will have something to look forward to) :D

Hi Jen,

I'm Robin. I'm new again---I was on here constantly last year when my 13 year old went to the bridge and we got a new kitten. We (my husband and two little boys, 5 and 9, are completely owned and operated by a very regal Himalayan named Isabelle. She's quite a character. She is not at all a lap kitty and will only let you pet her if it is completely her idea. At that moment, you need to be free of all other responsibilities or she will wind around your feet and you will wind up in the ER from the fall of your life. Her favorite in the family is my 5 year old who basically wears her. She would kill and eat the rest of us if we tried anything like Jacob does. Her favorite spot is his top bunk. Welcome to the board. I can't wait to see the rest of your pictures. I can't imagine that many cats. ARe they all inside? I swear, I vacuum every day and we are still covered in Isabelle fur
Robin,

Mommy to two cutie pie boys, one cutie pie hubby and one cutie pie Isabelle (aka furball)

Let's see if I can do this without missing anyone *G*

We just have kitties these days. We have: Thomas, Tiger, Squeaker, Scooter, Ginger, Blue (all these live in my house and not FeLV positive) Shadow, Shyshy (these two have a room in my house...they're FeLV positive), Dusty, Bear, Oreo, Maxine, Gypsy, Shelly, Pirate, Furby, Spanky, Spooker, Snow Kitty, Georgie, Toot Sweet, Little Girl, Boots and Cookie (all these live in the barn or garage and some if not all are FeLV positive). We also have fed "Wild Momma Fee" for about 7 years. She's the mother of a good portion of the above and probably FeLV positive. Momma is a true feral and her kids were semi-feral when I took them all in. All but Wild Momma are spayed/neutered and are kept inside...not allowed to roam. FeLV seems to be rampant in my area right now...we lost a wonderful stray I wanted to take in (orange tabby boy I called Sonny) a few months ago.....yup...FeLV positive. He got very ill the week before I was to take him in to be neutered and I had to let him cross the Bridge. I know there must be an underground message circuit around here.....kitties seem to find me.

We lost Kohl and Urso to FeLV within the last year and lost Camille (house kitty) to abdominal cancer last October.

There's the long and short of it! I never planned to have this many kitties. As I read in a comic strip once: when you live in the country "pets happen".

WOW, Bridget. Have you ever tried to trap Wild Mama and have her spayed? (I know, easier said than done). It is good of you to care for all the Positive kitties. Sad too, though, I'll bet.
