Mind you, this is our old FIV+ fellow, at least 13 years old. When I finally took him in after neighbors had moved and abandoned him, the vet recommended euthanasia since he is FIV+.

The old fellow is absolutely delightful, a big love sponge, never a complaint, and other than two minor infections that cleared up with antibiotics, he's been healthy as a horse. He's been residing with us over 7 years now :)
