Okay, so I continue to discover more and more layers of insanity among my one boy Pat.
Today, he was howling at me and just wouldn't leave me alone. I finally figured out what his problem was. The food bowl on the right was empty. The other bowl was completely full, but he insists on only eating from the bowl on the right. So, of course, he demanded that I put food in that bowl so he could eat, because he'd probably starve otherwise.
Then, he started bugging me again later. I looked at the water bowls and saw that the one on the left was empty. And, of course, he only drinks out of the water bowl on the left. Even though the other two were totally full, he had to holler at me until I filled up the one of the left, so he could have a drink.
Nope... nobody's spoiled around here...

That is so funny! You have an interesting buddy there.
Re: Crazy Cat!
Funny how they seem to know...
I have 10 cat food dishes in a row...and yeah, most of mine have their own favourite dish...even if the other nine have food in them, whosever dish is empty, that one will sit by the empty one until it gets filled...
I have even rearranged the dishes, and they will rearrange themselves...
Callie is especially picky about what dish she eats out of...

Re: Crazy Cat!
Speaking of crazy cats... Izzy learned a new trick today. We've got a light-colored shower curtain (it's actually this curtain and the entire bathroom set that goes with it, and I LOVE IT! sorry, had to throw that in there ) and a clear liner behind it. While I was in the shower, Izzy sat on the edge of the tub between the curtain and the liner, watching me safely from behind the plastic! She looked SO pleased with herself, too! It cracked me up. Sat there and talked to me the entire time, and I talked back. I love how she always wants to be around me. Pretty high compliment, coming from a cat.
