My girls have been eating Nutro since we got them about 3 months ago. The vet approved of the food, and they seem to like it. Recently I noticed their stool has been kind of runny. They have not had any changes in the food, and they were de-wormed recently so I dont think it's worms.
I have heard this is common with Nutro in dog food, does it apply with the cat food as well? Should I try changing to Iams or something else? I would not say that they have diahrrea, but it's just loose.
Thanks!
EJ

Re: Runny Stool
I wouldn't consider Nutro a quality food, and yes, I'd change it to a better quality, Iams would be a good choice.
Everytime I hear about this food (Nutro), it is causing diarrhea and vomiting in cats, probably as a result of all the questionable ingredients it has, plus changing the formula on a consistent basis.
Assuming you've taken your cats to your vet and determined they are not dehydrated, or that your vet recommended a fecal exam to rule out potential problems??
