Enlarged nipple

I was scritching Winnie's belly, and noticed a nipple seemed seemed to be protruding. Could she have scratched it and irritated it? She sees the Vet monthly for a UA, but that doesn't come for another 3 weeks. I will call tomorrow to ask...just looking for an opinion.

In addition to giving your vet a call, I'd watch the area for a couple days to see if it recedes or changes. If it remains protruded or enlarges, get her seen promptly.
