Shiloh, the redhead (should have named her Lucille Ball) and of course, Miss Skittle
Lori Ann (aka her hineyness) preening
Mr. Oreo observing birds next door in the neighbors' tree
Miss Amber passing out morning meds (even the non-med kids get a glob of peanut butter )
Toby got accidentally buried in the pillows while Amber and I were rearranging furniture and throwing things around!
Biscuit chewing up a doggy treat
Granddaughter Alexandria trying to eat her breakfast doughnuts in peace (that's rotten Riley kitty on the back of the sofa)
The disgustingly cute Pikachu begging on the back of the sofa for tidbits (no, she hasn't fallen off...yet )

So lovely! Especially Pikachu! Lol!
How do you put the text bubbles into the picture? With the Paint program?

I use two graphics programs, Paint Shop Pro, and PhotoImpact 7. I used PSP with that picture, it's a little bit quicker (PhotoImpact is a more complex program to use).Ash wrote:So lovely! Especially Pikachu! Lol!

Nice tools! I want them too!
Re: Some recent pictures of the zoo crew household
Thanks! Wonderful as always. I love all of the pics, but am especially glad to see Skittle ... as you may recall, she is a fave of mine.
Speaking of multi-pet households... Shhh, I don't want to jinx it, but later today if things go right, shabby old "Thorn Castle" may become one: I've put in an offer to adopt a young border collie/sheltie mix. Getting a companion dog for a companion dog... how's that for sophisticated problem solving? Wish us luck, hey?

Thanks for the compliment, fingers crossed here for the newest addition for you! I did get your e-mail and will reply at length later. We are getting ready to go out and see Amber's horse trainer. She (the trainer, not Amber) had a very nasty spill off the largest of the horses last weekend, big boy (17 hands) threw her off into the arena fence, she broke the fence with her head/neck, actually lost part of an ear Thankfully no broken bones but she is terribly sore.E's wrote:Thanks! Skittle is such a gem. Turned 3 this past May 1st and continues to take more baby steps with the shyness issues. Tipped the scales at 81.6 pounds at her yearly! We need to take about 5 of those off!
Will talk more later. Hugs to you, Winnie, and Q!

How many do you have? It looks like a nice number, at least 6 dogs and one cat!
Re: Some recent pictures of the zoo crew household
7 dogs. Raven isn't in that group of pictures. She's the one I posted in my hello post a few days ago (oldest DD's dog that is here to stay). Down to 5 kitties. Lost my oldest one BC (15 years old) last year to age-related health problems, and then next to the oldest kitty (11) Norman to cancer a few weeks later.TheSkeptic wrote:How many do you have? Since I have gotten more actively involved with greyhound adoption, I hope someday to have more greyhounds in my home, but with 4 senior dogs in my home at this time with increasing medical issues (which takes more money and time as I'm sure you know), this isn't the time for more dogs!

Be careful or you will end up with 13 like us. ....
Re: Some recent pictures of the zoo crew household
No worries! The pocket book won't allow 13! And I goofed. Raven is in some of the pics! (We've got Lori Ann, Biscuit, Raven, Shiloh, Toby, Pikachu, and Skittle) That's what I get for not going back over the pics and looking, duh! Honestly, some days I have to take role call here. I have no idea how you do it with 13!TheSkeptic wrote:Be careful or you will end up with 13 like us. ....
