Strange vomit

My cat vomited an strange yellow watery vomit. while he was vomiting it he was turning in circles!!!!! what can this mean??? and advice or help would be great.

It may simply be a short acting GI tract upset, but don't take any risks, get your kitty seen by your vet immediately, not a day later please....
