Multiple Personalities..

So Joey it's time to go to bed.."No mom..I want to keep on playing.."..fine come to bed when you're ready, but grandma and grandpa have their door open so I have to keep you in my room so that you won't disturb them..."Ok mom..that's fine with me..I'll try to be quiet and not bother you..I changed my mind mom I'm now in my LOVEABLE mood." *By this time he jumps up and rubs up against me* No Joey..I'm trying to sleep..so I'm going to just ignore you.."OK mom..I think I'll go to sleep too...because now I'm in SLEEPY mode." *By this time he curls up at the foot of my bed.* That's perfect Joey..good night..*Seven hours go by* "Mom I'm done sleeping I'm ready to go out now!!" *By this time he's gotten up and come up to my pillow and starts licking my hair* "Wake up mom!! Pleease I want to prowl I am nocturnal you know!!"...Joey..you don't need to groom me to wake me up..fine..stay in here until I get grandma and grandpa's door closed. *I open the door.* "I don't think so mom!!" *BOMBARDS out the door now in HYPER mode*...........oookay nevermind..*Four more hours go by* "HEY MOM I WANT TO PLAY WITH YOU NOW!!!!" *JUMPEDY JUMP ON THE BED AND LANDS RIGHT ON ME!!* OK FINE I'M UP!!...."Mom the whole point in gettin you up is so that you would play with me....".....Joey the whole point in getting up was so that I wouldn't sleep in so late...*Couple of hours go by and I notice that Joey needs another manicure cuz his nails are getting pretty sharp*..Joey time for you to clip them nails.."DON'T THINK SO MOM GRRRRRR!!!" *Now he's not very gentle..and is in LION mode* "Don't you even think about putting that bandana on my head!!! HEY WHY IS IT SO DARK?! GET MY PAW OUT OF YOUR HAND GRRRR!!!" *He acts this way throughout the whole procedure*..Well Joey since you're already grumpy might as well brush you too..."WHAT?! NO WAY!!"....C'mon Joey don't be scared of a lousey brush it's not going to bite!! "AWWW C'MON MOM LET ME OUT OF THIS BATHROOM!!!" *Brushing procedure is done and I let him out..I then go and sit on the couch to watch TV.* "Hey mom whatcha watchin?" *Jumps on my lap deciding to be LOVEABLE again...I swear my cat has at least 10 personalities in one friggin body!!!*

He's 2 and he doesn't keep me up for too long it just sometimes takes him a bit to calm down. Sometimes he won't go to bed until my mom does and othertimes he could care less.

He does sound like a 2 yr. old! Here are my grandkitties and my pup- Honey. from l to r: Jasmine, Morgan, Honey and Maverick. The grandkitties live with my daughter. They are all great animals! And all rescued. When I go to visit - the cats follow grandma around. To me life is just less without animals. My dog, Honey, is just so much fun and such a good companion.

Nice pics and interesting theme, JJJ's Mom. Fine writing skills developing here! I hope you're keeping a journal? ...either print or computer, preferably both You will be glad you did in time to come.

we don't allow joey on the counter at all..if it was my own place i would but my dad doesn't like it.

Joey's Mom...E's has a good idea about keeping a journal. Also..you could make up a "pen name" for your poetry...like the other famous authors. That is a good idea on the net..to use another name..but not your real name..you know - to be safe. You could have alot of fun thinking of a really outrageous pen name. And with your great imagination I bet it will be a doozie! Mompaws (alias for Grandma)

When I was a girl, my family called me Johnnie Inkslinger, from a character in the Paul Bunyon stories, because I was always writing... I don't use it anymore, but I used to.
