Hi there,
My mom, dad, and I have had this cat since she was just a kitten. Her name is Lady and she is almost a full grown cat now. She was litter-box trained at an early age so she knows where to go.
Prissy is our other cat and Lady and her share a litter box. We've had Prissy since Lady was born, so they both have gotten to like eachother very well.
As of lately, however, Lady has made it a habbit to go around and doing her business in odd places (not just urinating) on our beds and other furniture. Mostly our beds, though.
You can see what a hassel this is and my mom is getting tired of having to wash the bedspreads and sheets. If this isn't solved, we're gonna have to put her outside. Can anyone give us a little bit of insight into what we can do to solve this problem?

Help with Cat's Litter Box
Get her to your vet immediately, chances are, she has a urinary tract infection. Most abrupt changes in urination habits are health related, so the first and most important thing you need to do is get a full exam and urinalysis by your vet.
Ask mom and dad to be patient, your kitty is crying for your help and she is depending on you to get to the root of the problem.
Vet vist ASAP.

Please take Traci's advice and get Lady to a vet right away! Changes in litter box behavior is a strong indication of possible health problems. If Lady is given a clean bill of health, your vet and others here, can advise you on solutions or plans to try.
Lady needs your love, patience, and understanding right now. Please don’t put her outside before having her checked by a vet and letting us know the results!
