I was sound asleep one night and Joey of course always sleeps with me. And this was the night that we got A LOT of snow so it was VERY COLD!! So of course I added on an extra blanket on my bed. Next thing I know Joey stands up and he usually gets up at 5:00 so I checked the clock and it was only 11:00. Not too long I figured out what he was doing, he must've gotten cold cuz right underneath the blankets down by my legs is where he went I lifted up the blankets and got the "yes mom?" look lol!!

Aw - what sweet pics! Looks a lot like my son's tortoiseshell, Felicity, whom I call Felicikitty... are all torties characters? Back in '91 I searched all over town to get a special kitten for son's lady friend's Christmas present... Rescuers said they thought this tiny but very bossy little cat was an offspring of semi-feral cats which live around seafood restaurants. When the couple split, son got custody of the cat Felicity came through some serious injuries early on but has been a completely indoor cat for many years and is still a character and a one-man cat at age 13...

well, this one sure is a character and a half!! She's hard headed and sweet at the same time...into and onto everything and her wheels are always turning to see what she can get into next. She sleeps under things, likes to hang her head off the furniture upside down, hisses for no reason, sucks her own nipple...need I go on? She's like an ADHD kid who drives you nuts but you can't help but love. I'm watching her sit in a sunny window now being as sweet as can be but within 14 minutes she will be up on the counters looking at me as if to say "well, you gonna stop me?"

nope...a spot on the bed looked too comfy, she's gonna nap instead
