Why would anyone want to bite a dog anyway? Especially enough to draw blood? I agree with K9Karen - I hope that doggy stepped in something nasty before he was bitten.
I have a story kind of related to this...one day my young cousin was playing with his golden retriever and the dog nipped my cousin playfully. When my cousin told his dad about it, his dad was just messing around and said to bite the dog back. So my cousin (who, mind you, was probably about 7 years old at the time) grabbed the dog's tail and bit him. Not hard, but it was still sort of funny.
