Megaesophagus anyone ever heard of this?

My dog was diagnosed with megaesophagus yesterday was wondering if anyone has ever experienced this and could shed some light on the situation for me.

there is a wealth of information on the web about it click into your google or what ever and type in megaesophagus and it will tell you everything you want to know about it..i am not sure is there is a medical treatment for it but usyallt it can be controlled by elevating the food and water dishes and possibly a change in diet--but that will be up to your Vet....lots of dogs live fine lives with it but it does take a fair amount of feeding care....
