Keep Rocky in your thoughts

Post by maria »

In the last 2 months, Rocky has had bladder surgery, spent 10 days in the hospital because of a rupture due to surgery, lost his best friend to renal failure and is now enduring raised levels in his kidneys at the young age of 5. I think the little guy has a good 4 lives left and I will know more when I see a specialist at the end of the month. Until then, keep him in your thoughts.

I am still administering fluids.. but his appt. with the Vet Specialist was bumped to a week from now. So, I will definately know more then. I will give you an update at that time. Thanks again for your concern!

Just saw your post from March. Update on Rocky? Please tell us he's OK!
I love my cats and love this board for helping me to take care of them.

Thanks so much for asking. Rocky is doing well! His weight is back to normal and he seems "normal" We still give the little guy fluids every couple of days. He does have renal failure but hopefully he's still got a good couple of years left in him.. which I think he does.
