Most of us here DO understand your situation and do not have alot of money, either...I can totally relate to that!!
However, if one of my animals is hurt, or sick or in pain, I make every effort to get him or her to a vet...most vets are willing to work out payments rather than see an animal suffer unnecessarily..

I would talk to your vet about payment plans, so in the future, when she needs to go, you will have some sort of peace of mind knowing that at least you can make payments and not have to come up with the money right then...
